6 Unity Ads Alternatives: Other Networks for Rewarded, Interstitial and Banner Ads

Explore Unity Ads alternatives for app monetization. Compare Google AdMob, Liftoff Monetize, Mintegral and more by product role, setup, payments and fit.

Unity Ads alternatives are primarily a demand decision: which approved network can serve the placements in your app or game? Changing the mediator at the same time is a separate project. Start with the formats, user countries and operating systems you need, then confirm which candidates support the existing integration route.

What to replace in your Unity Ads setup

A network’s association with games does not prove it will deliver the best result for every game. Keep rewarded, interstitial and banner results separate, and include completion, latency and retention in the evaluation. Unity LevelPlay is a mediator, so it should not be mistaken for a second source of Unity Ads demand.

Unity Ads alternatives by use case

1. Google AdMob: Google demand and optional mediation

AdMob is relevant when you want Google advertising demand and potentially a different mediation model. Confirm review status and supported formats before implementation. If you retain the current mediator, evaluate the available network integration separately from adopting AdMob’s full mediation workflow.

2. Liftoff Monetize: A supported in-app network comparison

Liftoff Monetize is a candidate for supported rewarded, interstitial and other app formats. Verify the current SDK or adapter under the Liftoff/Vungle naming. Keep placement timing and country mix steady during the trial so a result is not driven mainly by different exposure or users.

3. Mintegral: Another format-specific demand test

Mintegral is worth considering where its app review and supported integration fit your app. Check the actual formats and account setup rather than assume network-wide performance. Compare fill, net revenue and SDK behavior by placement, with reward delivery and retention treated as acceptance criteria.

4. Pangle: A candidate in supported markets

Pangle is relevant when your developer account and audience countries are eligible. Check market availability directly before adding SDK work. Test a supported format on matched cohorts, and keep any gap in regional fill visible instead of relying on an aggregate result that hides where demand is unavailable.

5. Chartboost: Another game and app demand source

Chartboost is a candidate where its current publisher product and adapter support match the placements you serve. Confirm the current account agreement and required app review. Its history or game-oriented positioning does not establish a revenue ranking, so compare actual delivery and payment terms for your app.

6. Moloco SDK: Publisher bidding demand through supported mediators

Moloco SDK is relevant if you can obtain publisher access and use a supported mediation integration. It is distinct from buying campaigns through Moloco. Confirm credentials, formats and onboarding availability before treating it as an immediately available Unity Ads replacement.

Before switching from Unity Ads

Keep the existing mediation platform stable where possible and replace one demand source at a time. Verify test ads, rewarded completion and failure callbacks, consent and app-ads.txt. Roll out by cohort or app version, measuring net ad ARPDAU alongside latency, crashes and retention, and reconcile any outstanding Unity demand balance separately.

Every network can require its own app approval, privacy configuration and payment verification. A mediation account does not automatically approve the sources connected to it.

How to judge the result

Compare net ad ARPDAU, request coverage, fill, rendered-impression eCPM and impressions per user by OS, country and format. Include load latency, crashes and retention. A higher eCPM on fewer filled requests is not by itself a better monetization result.

We have not verified a controlled revenue benchmark or a comparable approval-rate dataset for this shortlist. The setup labels are editorial estimates, and all account-specific terms should be checked with the provider. The table links to official references and full profiles so you can confirm the details that apply to your business.

Which option should you shortlist?

Start with networks that fit your current mediator and required formats. AdMob adds an optional mediation decision; Liftoff, Mintegral, Pangle, Chartboost and Moloco are network-level candidates subject to their own approvals and availability.
